I prefer to shop at IGA than the 2 major supermarkets but this particular store seems tired and run down. They stock my favourite milk - Maleny Dairies Farmers Choice (the way milk used to be!) but I find the milk goes off days before it's due date whenever I purchase from this store, compared with other stores in the area. I don't think their fridge is cold enough, in fact recently when I was there the fridge was turned off completely with no stock in it. Also there are no free range eggs at all every time I shop there?!?!

Great and not so great... not a fan of the bread and definitely not the mock cream birthday cake BUT the chicken pies and custard tarts are stand out (I'm a little bit addicted). Apple turnovers have a nice flaky pastry and generous filling. Always friendly service which is nice.

Best fish and chips in the area that I've found. Calamari is Yummo! Fantastic value, please don't change this! It's such a refreshing change to find a business that offers both fresh quality food AND value for money.
