This store is open till late & have found the staff most helpful and they have a good knowledge of the stock in store. Always seem to have what we want in stock, whether it is bbq fuel to hair needs. Have even been able to get the sausages needed at the last minute, & I mean the last minute, for the bbq.

I prefer to shop at IGA than the 2 major supermarkets but this particular store seems tired and run down. They stock my favourite milk - Maleny Dairies Farmers Choice (the way milk used to be!) but I find the milk goes off days before it's due date whenever I purchase from this store, compared with other stores in the area. I don't think their fridge is cold enough, in fact recently when I was there the fridge was turned off completely with no stock in it. Also there are no free range eggs at all every time I shop there?!?!

MOST staff are fabulous willing to assist, store is tidy, YET, meat is not fresh & looking sickly, the cereal & pasta have had bugs in them, Deli is closed, the store is looking dark & dingy & I think for these reasons shoppers go to Woolworths which is a shame because IGA is a more friendlier feeling store

I find this store lacking at times. It doesn't have much in the bakery section and so you have to go to another store like Woolies. They have great specials on Market Days. Their fruit and veg is pretty sparse too. I think it needs an upgrade in decor, and then it might have room for more.

They seem to be cheaper than Woolworths. I can come out with a trolley full of stuff every time for half the price. I love shopping at this particular store as the staff have always been great to me and the price is always cheap. I've never had a problem with the quality of the food either! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my food.

They are always helpful and polite they have a points reward system, and try to keep costs down. They are open late as well which is helpful, they have a good range of stock.

I go in to my local IGA regularly just to get the 'specials' from the catalogue. Most of the time they have everything in stock with plenty of reserve.. but if it's an especially good sale price, they seem to run out and cannot fulfil customer demand.

I used to shop here for the specials too i am the same with any IGA and will only buy their specials as I generally find they cost a bit more than other supermarket giants
