Stainbusters Ipswich/Toowoomba have cleaned the carpet in my rental property on 2 occasions. After the first occasion I complained and was told that the stains were 'old' and couldn't be removed. On the second occasion I arrived at the property to see brown track marks all through the carpet and there was a strong smell of urine from the previous tenants. Once again I was informed this was the best result given the condition of the carpet. I decided to give the cleaning a go myself using a friend's $500 DOMESTIC carpet washer and hot water and removed so much dirt from the carpet it made me sick. I wonder if the carpets were cleaned in the first place. Stainbusters are a joke!

This has to be one of Ipswich's best kept secrets. I was only introduced to Cactus about 6 months ago but it's now my favourite coffee shop. They have lovely breakfasts and light meals and the coffee is superb! The service is good too! Now that they're open Sunday mornings I'll be able to have even more leisurely breakfasts at my favourite coffee shop.

I've been a customer of Thrifty in Ipswich for several years. While the quality of the vehicles is fairly standard for this type of business, I return for the excellent service I receive. I'll definitely keep renting through Thrifty.

A simple little bakery that offers friendly service and nice products at good prices. I continue to visit this bakery because the staff is lovely and much more friendly than its neighbouring competitors.

These books are great if you like to get out and about. We definitely get our alot more than our money back in savings. We have also bought books for interstate cities when we've been on holiday.

Sri Thai has an intimate dining atmosphere - best for couples or small groups. Every item I've tried has been delicious and there has never been a problem with our meal. This restaurant is 30 mins from our house and we drive past many restaurants to get to this one. We return time after time for it's fresh & tasty dishes.

Unfortunately, I've not had the best experience with the vet services offered by AWL Ipswich. I have now adopted 2 dogs from AWL in the past several years and would like to support the charity with our business too. However, on both occasions I've found that the vet has been very wary almost to the point of being scared of my large dog. On the last visit the vet wouldn't observe her sore leg until she was pinned to the ground. The process of getting the dog to lie on her sore side and pinning her down frightened her and made her leg hurt more. Eventually it brought tears to my eyes to see her in this position. Despite the wonderful things AWL does, I won't be utilising their vet services in the future

I only deal with Dr Tim at this vet and he is definitely the best vet I've ever encountered. He has a natural affinity with animals which unfortunately not all vets possess. Many of our friends and family now see Tim and are equally impressed.

Great range of food but it wasn't regularly restocked - some foods were unavailable the whole time we dined at the restaurant. Salad bar looked a little sloppy and orders took way to long to arrive. Lastly, not enough cheese toast :( One of the main highlights of any Sizzler visit!

I'm not sure why we return to this store but it's probably because it's closest to our house! More than 50% of our orders are wrong in some way, have an item that's unavailable or require us to wait a ridiculously long time. The last time we were there we were quoted a 14 minute wait time which turned into over 45 minutes. It would be understandable if the product and service made up for the wait but unfortunately it doesn't!
