Stumbled across this cafe while holidaying in Ipswich. Had breakfast here and it was great! Good quality food, almost like home cooking.
Service was fast and friendly and prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back if we are in Ipswich again.

Not the best experience! Walked in for something to eat with my colleague! Waiter didn't smile or anything at first! We ordered eggs benedict and coffee! It took a little while for coffee to arrive and it was watery! My eggs were ok! I can cook better! Lots to improve there!

Had to find some food fast. Did not even know Cactus was there in Ipswich. I pulled in off the street and had a great meal, good service and the price was reasonable. I left feeling very satisfied!! Wish it was there when I worked in Ipswich 9 years ago.

This has to be one of Ipswich's best kept secrets. I was only introduced to Cactus about 6 months ago but it's now my favourite coffee shop. They have lovely breakfasts and light meals and the coffee is superb! The service is good too! Now that they're open Sunday mornings I'll be able to have even more leisurely breakfasts at my favourite coffee shop.
