Tile Mart offers a wide variety of all types of tiles. When we decided to do some work in the laundry and kitchen, we were able to purchase from Tile Mart exactly the same type of tiles that we previously used. Parking is also very convenient.

This store offers discontinued lines of toilet, bath and kitchen fixtures at HUGE discounts. It was recommended to us by a builder who himself is a customer of this store. When we renovated the toilet/bath, it was our first port of call. We got most of what we needed at a fraction of their regular retail price.

Rod is both friendly and professional. When he quotes for a job, he directs you to suppliers that offer cost-efficient prices. But more importantly, he only needs to come once to fix something. I have not had to call him back for previous work. From roof tiles and gutters to installing toilet/bath fixtures, I've been able to rely on Rod for excellent work!

As those with automatic roller garage doors would know, it is quite challenging to get someone over when when they malfunction. All Remote Controls agreed to come late on a Saturday afternoon (after business hours). It even so happened that I was not around when he eventually came, and you can imagine my surprise when it was already fixed when I got back (he simply left an invoice in the mailbox). He must have done a pretty good job because my roller door had not malfunctioned since.

When Steve said that he could retile our kitchen and laundry in 2 days, I made a mental note to prepare for 5 days. I was very impressed that he did a high quality job in 2 days, just as he quoted. He also cleaned after himself and re-installed the dish and clothes washers as well as put back th ref, etc without any damage/scratches. Great work!

Dr Ron Fulop is excellent in relating with teens and young children. He is able to put them at ease at making them look forward to their next dental appointment! My hard to please son will not see any other dentist now. He has a device that allows my children to see their teeth on the TV screen. He is also uses an actual toothbrush and teeth-model to demonstrate proper dental hygiene procedure. He is also quite helpful in explaining various treatment options.

Truly enjoyed my experience with Master Vision in Box Hill. The shop assistant was helpful in choosing the appropriate frame to suit the shape of my face. She patiently waited on me to try out several frames and was quite insightful with her comments. The optometrist (Matthew) was excellent. His friendly banter made the diagnostic a breeze. Their prices likewise offer good value.

He explains pros and cons of various options for treatment and gives sufficient time for you to decide which course of action to take - no hardsell.

The lone sales attendant was on the phone when I entered the shop. I was the only customer at that time. After I made a selection of frames, I approached her to make some inquiries. She did not acknowledge me as she continued talking on the phone. I waited for over 5 minutes. It became very clear however that she had no intention to attend to me, so I left the store without a word. It was quite disappointing, considering that I've experienced good service from its branch in the CBD.
