Service at this practice is fairly good. Dr Baker is always friendly and professional, answering any questions you have. While the prices are not the cheapest, you do pay for their team's good service. My only complaint is I had to pay for a bottom retainer after treatment which I thought was included in my treatment plan. A tooth also came unstuck from my wire towards the end of my treatment and the only solution offered was to put the full braces back on with an additional charge, which also disappointed me.

My treatment was negotiated and the best part was a free consultation! most orthodontics make you pay $90 just to go visit them. Compared to others undergoing orthodontic treatment it was reasonably priced. I never had to wait long to see DR Baker and my family enjoyed free coffee, it kept them occupied while i was in the dental chair!
