Platinum is a great membership to have- you can use all clubs by being a member here. Facilities are reasonably clean.. you can never get perfect showers right?... good equipment which is the main thing and instructors galore so you can rest assured someone is on hand to help you out.

Brilliant work. And Im a girl! These guys work fast, and know what they are doing. And DONT overcharge..as the great majority of mechanics have that rep. Really really reasonably priced. I have never met an honest mechanic before.. now I have. 100% recommend this company.

These cottages are just gorgeous... a little tired but their personality is just devine. With the fire roaring, the bubbles flowing from the spa bath and frank Sinatra playing in the surround sound set up... you cant go wrong with a bottle of red and cheese from the locals. Very cute and snuggly.

Love love love this place. Its tucked away from the hustle and bussle of Surfers and onlooks the river. Breakfast is devine ..with a Betty Boo cup of coffee.. (a bucket). Quiant, special and unique. Open Thursday nights for dinner.

Casey is incredibly professional and efficient, as well as producing some of the finest shots I have seen.. I look beautiful!! We did a Mother and daughter shoot and were made to feel comfortable and had fun. Our shots are stunning and well worth the price we paid. She threw a few in for free too..and gave us heaps of copies. Brilliant!

Swinging Safari needs a revamp. It used to be boho but now its run down. Disappointing. Its dirty and the toilets are... scary!

This restaurant is a fav of mine for take away. I love their food. fresh clean and authentic Thai. Always hospitable and friendly. A casual restaurant if dining in, and children friendly. Ginger Fish is a personal favourite..along with the deep fried icecream..although thats not very Thai... Love the water features here and amazingly heavy elephant chairs! Incredibly cheap!! Share a main between two people easy.

I took my Mother here for Mothers Day lunch. This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. Absolutely gorgeous interior design- huge glass french door which open open completely onto the park. You can recline of black or white couches or take a table in the middle- either way the view is spectacular and at 5pm and the parakeets come home to roost in the trees- its stunning! The food is delicious! You must sample ALL the oysters!!! MUST!! And the variety of other plates to choose from is brilliant. Presentation is immaculate, and the array of champagnes, wines and liquors is fun to mull over!!!
At night this place turns into a subtly lit bar/restaurant where you can order nibbles, drink to your hearts content and mingle with some very friendly locals.
This place is an ABSOLUTE MUST!! There is nothing else like it on the Gold Coast. Why ever not????
OH AND they are doing HALF PRICE LUNCHED AT THE MOMENT!!!!

I recently joined at Fitness First Southport, with Meg, - one of the sales consultants. If you are contemplating a gym go and see her. She is super friendly and will look after you well. The gym is fantastically new, all new equipment, and great classes with oodles of instructors and P.Ts on the floor to help you if you want it. - Now thats a first! Clean changing areas and great steam room with AWESOME rpm classes. I won a Personal Training session just becasue I was in a class! Great yoga and Core strength classes too. Really friendly staff and patrons. Im loving it! Oh and I joined on a massive promo- I pay $10.00 per week!!!!! And I got 3 Personal Training sessions included!!!

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE, subject your hands, nails or any body part to this horrendous business!!! I walked in without making a booking (as Davana nails were booked out for 2 weeks), and was immediately given a seat. The man on the door is extremely friendly, which is a big thmbs up, HOWEVER, the nail technicians ( all of them available- big warning) were too busy talking amongst themselves whilst ahniliating my nails, to care!! I went in for infils for acrylics, and they PAINTED the white tip on them SMOTHERED my nails in clear top coast, sticking my hands under the drying machine to finish,, then marched me out without letting them dry properly... DISGUSTING. I found Dreams Come True the next day (awesome nail technicians) who had to remove some nails and do everything again. I would not go back there to have them fix ANYTHING UP. But certainly AM going to tell AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE how DISGUSTING this place is.
