I noticed when this coffee shop opened a few months back and today I called in with a friend for morning tea. There is plenty of parking around the back and you can sit either inside or outside. There is also a lovely lounge area with a comfy looking lounge and coffee table. The coffee is very good and there is a nice range of muffins, cakes and slices to enjoy for treats. Although I didn't have a meal on this occasion, I am definitely going back as their range of salads, foccacias and daily specials looked really delicious. The staff are also very pleasant and table service is provided.

My friend and I have regular catch-ups over coffee and Shingle Inn at North Lakes has become our coffee shop of choice. The coffee is always delicious and they have a great range of sweet and savoury items. They also have High Tea available which I have seen other patrons enjoying and which I have promised myself that I will try one day. Only problem is that it is so popular you often have a problem getting a table. I don't like sitting outside the shop as you lose the atmosphere and are just in a busy shopping centre.

I have been to Harrids a few times now for coffee and we always receive a warm welcome. The coffee is excellent and they have a range of sandwiches and burgers as well which are very nice. The last time we were there, there was a table of ladies enjoying high tea which looked really lovely - definitely want to enjoy that next time.

Dr Khan has been our family doctor for over 25 years and we would never consider going to any other doctor. He is up to date with all new procedures and medications and his calm and knowledgeable 'bedside manner' puts you completely at ease. A true professional and more than a family doctor, he has become a trusted friend.

It had been quite a while since I last went to Ziggabalis for a meal and I can't understand why not. I had the pleasure of dining there last night with my husband and a couple of friends. The menu hasn't changed, but it doesn't need to as there is so much to choose from. The portion size is super generous and fortunately you have the option of choosing small and large portions, the small being more than enough. Food is well presented and delicious. A definite 'must visit'.

I do a lot of research for our various travels and I often refer to Tripadvisor as "My Travel Bible". I will not book any accommodation or use any travel provider unless I check on Tripadvisor first. And I also post my reviews on there to help out my fellow travellers the same way they have helped me.

I wanted to buy a birthday gift for my son in law who had just bought himself a Go Pro camera. After extensive searching on the internet I opted to go with Cameras Direct solely because their price was the lowest and the reviews of their business were good. Shortly after I placed the order I received an email from them advising that my order had been processed and was awaiting pickup by their courier. I received the goods the next morning, well packaged and complete with carry bag and 12 month guarantee. I will definitely use Cameras Direct again.

We wanted to get some additional solar panels installed to take advantage of the 44 cent rebate expiring at the end of June. The service we received from Springers was first class right from the very first phone call. Their rep arrived right on time to measure up and give us a verbal quote. This was followed up by an emailed confirmation. On the day of installation the workmen showed up on time, but unfortunately it started to rain and they had to leave. However as soon as the weather cleared we got a phone call to see if it was OK for them to return and finish the job, which they did. I could not recommend Springers highly enough.

I visited The Rustic Olive for the first time a couple of weeks ago for lunch with my local Ladies Group. The location is wonderful, overlooking Moreton Bay. The menu is vast with so many options - whether you want a light meal or something a bit heartier - and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are very efficient, and even though there were around forty in our group, we were served quickly and with a smile. The meals were generous and absolutely delicious. We are planning on returning with friends this coming weekend and this time we have booked a table out the front to enjoy the sea views.

How wonderful to find that Watercress has now re-opened! This was our favourite local restaurant and we were really upset to find that it had been closed. But it has now re-opened, with the same fantastic owners serving high quality meals at a reasonable price.
