Called pharmacist to find out further details about making a claim on a prescription I had previously bought. Extremely rude and condescending attitude, phone manners pathetic, did not even answer saying who he was and expected me, a customer, to explain it all to him, when he, a professional, should already know! Needless to say, I won't be returning. I'd rather give my money to someone who appreciates return customers.

Loved everything about it, I was not expecting it to be that good as I thought it was actually more of a cafe than a restaurant, but the food was fresh and just flavoursome, and the service was exceptional.

Great selection of wines and liqueurs, good advice on what to drink also!

The staff knew exactly how much attention we needed too.

Beautiful food - pasta, oysters, desserts, all great! They use very fresh ingredients. Great value for money. Great service, always friendly and approachable staff, right amount of service and privacy while eating.

We went there on Saturday night for our anniversary. I do realise it is a tasting menu only, however, I did not think it would be a bite-sized tasting menu. 5 courses should be enough to fill anyone up. To put it in perspective, I am quite a small person and don't eat that much, but I was starving after we had finished! The sizings were laughable, in fact we were laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. I can't believe it has two hats!

So maybe we forget about the sizes and I suppose we are going for the food. The food was bland and boring. The lamb tasted like my lamb at home. The risotto tasted like a basic risotto recipe with no additional flavourings!

Never going there again.

I went there for my birthday. I didn't know it was mainly a theatre restaurant. When we arrived, it was empty! No one else was there! It was awkward, but we tried to make the most of it. You could tell the waiters did not want to be working any more that night. It took a long time to get any food.

I went to one session for my neck injury and I had immediate movement. I ended up making another appointment just in case, and ended up cancelling it! I cancelled the appt. because my neck was better in just one session.

Hurt my lower back running. I had two visits with a physiotherapist - worked wonders! Gave me tips on stretches and exercises that I actually will do, she explained it very well.
