Dined here at lunch recently. Found the waitress to be quite aloof and snooty-difficult to get service. That being said, the food was amazing, although you would expect it to be for the price.

My partner and i went to Verge for our anniversary and we were lucky enough to book their special seating which overlooks the park! The food although very good was very small for the servings and how much you pay. The service was fantastic, the wine list and the bar was amazing. Highly recommend but be prepare to not eat alot.

We went there on Saturday night for our anniversary. I do realise it is a tasting menu only, however, I did not think it would be a bite-sized tasting menu. 5 courses should be enough to fill anyone up. To put it in perspective, I am quite a small person and don't eat that much, but I was starving after we had finished! The sizings were laughable, in fact we were laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. I can't believe it has two hats!

So maybe we forget about the sizes and I suppose we are going for the food. The food was bland and boring. The lamb tasted like my lamb at home. The risotto tasted like a basic risotto recipe with no additional flavourings!

Never going there again.
