great food, great wine, great atmosphere. i love that it is next to the river so you get fantastic scenery. they have a good selection of reds - you need a good red for the perfect meal!

I came here with three girlfriends. the food was fantastic and the wine was beautiful. the atmosphere was also lovely - very white and comfy - high glass windows and doors. The only complaint was the service. The service itself was good, it was fine until when we paid - they charged us 2x bottles of wine instead of 2x glasses of wine! Obviously we saw the receipt and spoke to the lady there but we weren't given an apology and she just recalculated it - that was a bit disappointing but overall the dinner was nice.

this place is not bad. i've been here a few times but i wouldnt say the service was great. the food is OK too. prices are average. But there is generally a lot of hype about this place, i am not too sure why.

This is their second BTS cafe in adelaide. the first one is on pirie st. I love their cupcakes - all so creative names and the cakes are delish! the icing is generally a little bit too sweet for me. but the atmosphere is perfect for a catch up with your best friend!

I love this bar! They have a huge selection of wines and fantastic service. the atmosphere is beautiful - very cosy - just the place i'd go with a small group of girlfriends!

came here on a saturday night and there was quite a long wait as expected. it was quite a cold night and they do provide blankets for tables outside which was nice. the desserts were good and tea was nice, the presentation of desserts and drinks were unique, the only complaint i have is we had 6 people seated on a really small table! nice and cozy but was difficult to eat / drink!

i love this place! love their desserts, and prices are expected. i havent been here during peak hours just yet but i do know that the rundle st store is really busy on a saturday night (line up wait of about 15-30 minutes). i love their couches, but the soy milk they use in the coffee could have been better. the quality of soy in the coffee really makes a difference!

great store, the service is always friendly here. you walk in and there is already a hello. sales assistants are always willing to help, if it isnt busy they will walk up to you ask if you need anything. if it's busy then there is usually a wait! i bring all my photocopying / laminating / printing needs here - i come here during weekdays because if you come during peak hours you have to wait quite a bit!

very disappointed in the service provided by three staff at ANZ bank. Took a ticket, waited a minute and went to the counter number shown on the screen. that's OK. the guy was very unprofessional - he did not explain everything clearly, and there is no consideration of the customer's feelings at all, he was rude and was talking over me, he sighed when we asked a few more questions, and when i said i did not understand he gave a look. he asked for another person to talk to us (we waited ten minutes), who came and looked at the screen (again did not acknowledge our presence) then received a phone call and left and asked a senior to talk to us instead. the senior who came out was a bit better - she explained things to us properly and in much more detail than the guy but there is def room for improvement. my next home loan i will be going to another bank that is for sure.

great little Asian grocery store, lots of variety at fantastic prices. They could work on the service, but apart from that keep up the great work! Also love that they sell 'bubble tea' just outside (part of the shop) so i don't have to go far for it!
