the food was fantastic, authentic indian food. the hotness was just right for me - it was mild but enough to burn the tongue a little. the service was really good too. The only downfall was that they didn't give us more table water when our jug was empty - but it was a friday evening (Very busy!). I would go again even without the entertainment card.

the food was good, one of the few cafes that do a veggie breakfast, ordered that but quantity was a tad small, i wasn't full from it. the service was great - the staff asked if everything was ok, but i wouldn't come here again unless i had a discount voucher.

we had a booking on a saturday night for a group of 7, we approached the staff but it appeared that they didn't know we had booked. The put us on a table that wasn't set properly. Anyway, we ordered our food, food arrived fairly quickly, taste of food was OK, not very hot for indian food though. At the end of our meal, we asked for the bill, 10 minutes later, I walked up to the counter to ask for the bill again. 5 minutes later, I walked up to the counter and asked for the bill again, and she was calculating the total.... another 5 minutes had passed and she brought the bill over. Very slow............

we had some gutter work done to our roof / verandah last year may. This year with so much rain over the last few weeks, the leakage occurred again. we spent $2500 last year and this year we got a quote from an independent guy and had the roof fixed for $900 and he did three times the amount of work that Utter Gutters did. Very disappointed in the quality of work performed, and the cost of the project. To tip it off, the work was delayed for two weeks.......

i made a booking for a group of 10 for my birthday. i had two entertainment cards. we ordered the duck set (peking duck and duck fried rice and duck soup over three courses) - at all restaurants, they use the entire dog over the three courses, however, we can all tell that only half the duck was used. the amount of duck in the fried rice was very little. we paid for the full duck but only got half the duck. when it came to paying, i gave them my entertainment cards and the waitress rudely said to me that i can only use one. umm, no, the rules of the entertainment card, i can use up to three cards if there are minimum 6people. i asked her to go ask her manager, and she came back to say it was "OK". i wasn't very happy with the service.

i went here on two occasions. both on fridays, and both very busy nights. the first experience was good, the food took quite long to come out, but we got an apology for this. they do really good vegetarian pizzas. i had the gnocci - entree size, and it was enough to fill me up. the chips we ordered on the side was soggy though, overall a good experience. My second time here was a little bit disappointing. the garlic bread was really oily, i had the gnocci again - this time main size cause i was really hungry, the portion was really small, but was a few dollars more than the entree size. i still had the vegetarian pizza and that was fantastic. service was good, the waitress came around to ask if everything was ok etc. i would come here again, but only with the entertainment card.

great food, huge servings, the value is good - not too expensive for the food you get. always need a booking as it is always packed. they do offer take away if you can't finish it - i always take advantage of this service as i get a "main" pasta and eat half for dinner and the rest i save for lunch the next day - divine!

fantastic service - especially the boss, great food. i love how you can get eggless (literally) desserts there. the prices have increased a bit over the last couple of years, but that is expected.. very delicious desserts. the only down side is there is always a line up, and you may need to wait roughly 30 minutes depending on what time you arrive!

i made a booking to come here for dinner wiith a group of friends. we arrived early and advised them of our booking. the lady at the front told us that there was no booking under that name. disappointed, we asked if there was a table available anyway. the lady said no just looked at us. we were not given an apology and they did not even try to keep our business. we went somewhere else for dinner that night.
