very disappointed in the service provided by three staff at ANZ bank. Took a ticket, waited a minute and went to the counter number shown on the screen. that's OK. the guy was very unprofessional - he did not explain everything clearly, and there is no consideration of the customer's feelings at all, he was rude and was talking over me, he sighed when we asked a few more questions, and when i said i did not understand he gave a look. he asked for another person to talk to us (we waited ten minutes), who came and looked at the screen (again did not acknowledge our presence) then received a phone call and left and asked a senior to talk to us instead. the senior who came out was a bit better - she explained things to us properly and in much more detail than the guy but there is def room for improvement. my next home loan i will be going to another bank that is for sure.
