I have been with the WOMO Happy Customer Program for around 3 years now. The staff are fantastic, friendly and always around to answer any questions I may have. WOMO has helped my business BOX EM UP packing boxes for sale Brisbane to grow with helping getting my review on show to potential customers. This is a trusted site where you can also place or see reviews on other business.

As I myself have used womo happy customers to help support other local business in the area as well. Like mechanics or website designers. Place to eat at etc. If you are a business make sure you check out womo and see if they are right for you.

As WOMO grows your business and customers will grow with it.

Well well well... what can i say?!?!? WOW WOMO!!!

My business icu2 provides an end to end service for the development, branding and marketing of small-medium businesses online (in short we create profitable online businesses through a variety of online marketing channels). With this in mind, we are well aware that there are one million and one ways to waste money online, so we always look at every dollar we invest very analytically in terms of Return on Investment (ROI).

Well, I have to say that I was a little sceptical of how much value WOMO would really present... all I needed was a simple system to capture customer feedback, that's all. I did not expect any new work to come from it... HOW WRONG I WAS!

Simply put, WOMO works. We have generated enough work in the last month alone, to justify advertising on MOMO for the next 2 years (thats a 10-fold return on investment for the entire year in only one month!!! Thats just out of this world!)

You simply cant go past WOMO to qualify your most valuable prospects with referrals from actual clients.

As a result, we will most certainly be looking at strengthening our relationship with WOMO and looking at offering their service to our best clients.

I couldn't be happier. Thank you WOMO!

I am extremely disappointed in this site now! I was going out of my way to review business as I saw it as a great way to let people know about good businesses and now they have made it more difficult to get rewarded by making the minimum points higher to get a voucher and making the points expire after only 3 months!!! Who does this????? No other rewards site does this - really, really disappointed. I will make sure I tell everyone that I know not to bother in future with this site as you will NEVER get enough points to get a reward. Pretty much a waste of time.

Hi Mobag22, We apologize for your frustration. The current conditions for the Member Rewards Program have been in place since August of 2013 and we are sorry to hear that you don't agree with them.
Please also keep in mind that writing reviews really helps other consumers to make the best decision possible when it comes to choosing a new business. This is a great incentive for many of our reviewers on WOMO and we hope that you feel the same.

I think it is great WOMO offers rewards to reviewers. Millions post reviews on sites such as Trip Advisor for no reward whatsoever.

Yeah it's great that you get rewarded for reviewing businesses but if the rules keep changing and it gets harder to get those rewards it is disappointing. Having the points expire is bad as the reviews are not expiring!! Telling us that we now need more points to get those rewards is also bad - especially when they expire!! If the points expire, my reviews will too!

WOMO gives business owners a marvellous tool to give them a unique insight into what their customers are thinking. It is often hard to ask customers about their level of satisfaction in your business but WOMO makes it easy.

I logged into WOMO today and was about to write a review, but noticed my points had depreciated by 820 due to an expiry period of 3 months. I'm a member of a number of reward programs on the internet and this is the first site that has done this. WOMO have also made it more difficult to gain a $20 wish card by upping the points from 2000 to 3000. All in all, very disappointed for Christmas.

I agree!!!! I have just noticed that I was missing a large number of points too! I am a member of many online review/opinion sites and no one does this!! Time to leave here I think

It would be nice to be able to leave this site but the people at WOMO will not give me this right as I guess our reviews have to be used to make these faceless people money. Its good for business's as WOMO can sit back and make money from people putting their hard earned time in to writing reviews for $1 to $2, if they're lucky enough to meet their ever changing criteria. To take our points after only 3 months is blatant capitalism. Where would this company be without the little man.

The rewards were great at first, but since making the $20 vouchers 3000 points it has taken longer to redeem my points. I was surprised to see that they had deducted 1550 points 2 days ago because these points were 3 months old. I was on 2980 points, and I was about to redeem a voucher. I am so disappointed that I missed out by one day. Now it will take longer for me to redeem. I will have to go with the Itunes card if I can catch up with the deducted points.

I can understand why you wouldn't be happy about having the points deducted. I think they should let you know when you are about to lose your points, because it is hard to keep track of them. Fortunately I haven't lost any. I don't understand why they changed it to 3 months, why not 12 months or no expiry?

Agree with you that this was a bummer - 3 months is too short. I was overseas at the time and lost a lot of value. I've also lost points and not known why - it's because a small business has suddenly been upgraded to a big one but you don't know that. To the credit of the administration, they were able to research this and let me know.
