Worst customer service I've experienced with any online store. Was told my item had been shipped and was in transit and was going to be delivered that day. No updates for another week and still said was in transit. Attempted to email customer service but never got a response. Had to call up was told it would come the next day. Never came so called again and was told the same thing. My order was never delivered then i had to ask twice for refund and feel the customer service was really horrible for that too. Will never order with them online again especially right before christmas! Hopeless!

Terrible customer service. I ordered online and am still waiting for my order 2 weeks later. If you call them, it goes to message bank and they do not respond for about 3 days. This is the same with the online enquiry. I understand that it is a busy time of year but they obviously need more staff to handle the extra workload.

Love this place great service and prices!! Staff are helpful and they cater from newborn to teenagers! First choice for all baby products and I know everyone I speak to shops here for there kids

I came here on a trip with my family and the wide range fo toys was magnificent. My brothers had a ball looking at all the toys and it was affordable enough for each of them to be bought one each. The staff were very smiley and happy and made us feel at ease.
