Terrible customer service. I ordered online and am still waiting for my order 2 weeks later. If you call them, it goes to message bank and they do not respond for about 3 days. This is the same with the online enquiry. I understand that it is a busy time of year but they obviously need more staff to handle the extra workload.

Terrible. Out of approximately 40 DVD's we have hired (some of them series) we have had about 70% of them which we have been unable to watch. These have mostly been older series such as Dexter, Mrs Browns Boys etc. The disks freeze and you have to skip and entire section to get it to work again. We have told them about this repeatedly but they don't seem to listen. We will join Blockbuster instead.

Fantastic service at this business. I purchased a MacBook Pro and accessories approximately 3.5 years ago and they were very helpful then. I recently had some technical issues with this computer and they were unbelievable with their service and support (same day too). They went out of their way to assist me and were extremely reasonable with their costs. They frequently updated me on the progress on my computer and spent numerous hours resolving the issue. They are so helpful and caring and are very knowledgeable with their products. I phoned another business close to home when my computer failed and they would not even look at it for 5 weeks. I am more than happy to travel the extra hour to do business at Mullummac. They are a great bunch of people and I will always be supportive of their business. Well done Mullummac and thank you VERY much for all your hard work with my computer. I am very impressed!

We are recommending this business on behalf of another person. They required a passenger side mirror for a Ford Falcon. This motor wrecker supplied the part and also fitted it for a very reasonable price. We were very surprised at how reasonable the cost was and they were more than happy to fit this part. Excellent work! We are most impressed.

Wow…what an amazing dining experience! We went to the Lismore Gateway Restaurant recently for a special occasion and had the most beautiful 3 course meal. The food was just perfect and the staff were great. A pleasant atmosphere too. The scallops were incredible as was the rest of our meal. We would highly recommend this restaurant. This is our second visit and both times the meals were excellent. 10/10+++ Keep up the good work!

We have been taking our truck to Brown & Hurley at Kyogle for about 6 years now and are always very impressed with the service provided by this business. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable with their prices. We travel an extra 40kms to have our truck repaired here because they are consistently fair and reasonable. We recently took our truck to Brown and Hurley at Kyogle to have the brakes repaired. They did an excellent job and worked out the most cost effective way to do the repairs to a high standard. We have 100% trust in this business and know that they will always be honest with us. We would highly recommend this business for truck repairs, parts and merchandise. Good work Brown & Hurley!

We are very impressed with the quality of the work and the service provided by this business. A year ago we utilised their service when we broke a glass in a sliding door at Dunoon on a Friday afternoon. They were the only business in Lismore that would come out to remove the door, take it back to their workshop and then come back out to Dunoon to replace the door that day. As it was a front door, it was important to get it replaced before the weekend. We took a broken window to them recently to repair also. They are very reasonable with their prices. Would strongly recommend this business and we are very impressed. Keep up the good work Lickiss Fabrications!!!

I have been dining at this restaurant for approximately 27 years and during that time I have ALWAYS found the meals to be excellent. The service and waiting times are good. It is incredible that after all these years the food is still delicious! One of the staff members has been working there as long as I have been a customer. Well done Mandarin Palace.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times over the past few years. We are always happy with the meals which have been consistently nice. On every occasion however, the service has been pretty average and we have had a few experiences where the wait staff have actually been a little rude. Great food, great value but room for improvement with the service.

We have utilised the services of Ace Suspension for a few years now and have had various repairs to our business machinery parts done here. They are a family run business and what a wonderful family they are! They are always full of smiles, are very helpful and are great at what they do. I would highly recommend using this business.
