Free parking and a convenient location makes this a perfect place to stop in to grab some coffee or lunch, or to do a full shop. There's a few nice specialty stores if you're looking for a gift, the kids store is cheaper than any others and has different toys to big w/target etc. Coles, woolworths, aldi andharris farm all in the one location.

Coffees are pretty good but overpriced, as are most things on the menu. Select items are quite nice but really overpriced. The worst thing is the service. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast which was one of the most expensive items on the menu, came out alot smaller than any other portion of the cheaper menu items. The toast was covered with the watery spinach which meant it was incredibly soggy. I asked to have a fresh slice of toast, when it finally arrived back (after being questioned and dealt with rudely by 2 staff members) the rest of the meal was cold as they hadnt replaced it. I told them this and they took it back and put it in the microwave and brought it back with melted haloumi and microwave reheated mushrooms which made it inedible. Asked for a refund which they were not happy about. Wouldn't eat here again.

Staff are always quick to serve me and really friendly. The hot food is cooked fresh and the hot chips are great. Really good value for their bbq chicken or single/family packs in comparison with other chicken shops and i think their chickens are tastier. Theres a nice variety of the raw meat too and its really great value.

North Rocks Kmart is my favourite kmart to go to within the area. There's plenty of parking and compared to all the other kmarts i have been to, it is never as crowded so i've never had to wait long for assistance or to use the registers. Clothes and shoes sections are always fully stocked. Sometimes I find some of the homewares i have come to buy are out of stock but this is not unusual for any kmart as the homewares are so popular. Friendly staff in store and the layout of the store makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for.

Even though this is further than my local trade secret I go here as the store is so big and they have way more clothes and everything else. Everything is already reduced and they always have a selection of clearance items. Never leave empty handed. Perfect place to shop for clothes, gifts, homewares and everything in between.

The cafe in the food court is one of my favourite cafes in the area. Good prices and the food is so fresh and delicious. Generous servings and the food comes out looking even better than description on menu. Their burgers and lunch menu is also great. The fruit and veg shop is the cheapest i have come across in the area, their homemade desserts are a must try!

Food is not what it used to be. The service is the reason i will never go back though. When i went at lunch there was absolutely no other customers in the whole place yet i was not served straight away. 3 people working and they were all cleaning and ignored me waiting. When i was served the man was so rude. Ordered their lunch special which the man seemed annoying by, he actually checked his watch to make sure i was in the lunch special time frame. I then went to pay by card and he told me i couldnt pay by card as it was under $10 ( it was $9.50) i asked to order a few more things to make the difference and he then said the lunch special is cash only (this is not stated anywhere and i don't believe its actually true). He started getting annoyed and told me "walk next door, use their atm and come back". i said i'd rather just get something else to pay on card so ordered something different. When he finally got my meal ready he threw it in the bag, passed the bag to me very rudely and didn't say another word.

Worst customer service I've experienced with any online store. Was told my item had been shipped and was in transit and was going to be delivered that day. No updates for another week and still said was in transit. Attempted to email customer service but never got a response. Had to call up was told it would come the next day. Never came so called again and was told the same thing. My order was never delivered then i had to ask twice for refund and feel the customer service was really horrible for that too. Will never order with them online again especially right before christmas! Hopeless!

Recently discovered this chinese restaurant and now the only one i order from. The food is so fresh and tasty and is never greasy like some chinese takeaway can be. Have used home delivery and picked up order, average time for a takeaway order and friendly staff. Best fried rice and plum chicken. Every dish i have had so far had been great and just tastes so much fresher than other chinese takeaway. Prices are about average or a little bit more than other chinese takeaways but really worth it.

Have made a few orders using afterpay. Each time the order came the very next day even when i ordered in the afternoon (posting to sydney). Probably wouldn't make an order without afterpay as the payment option simply because of the prices and the fact that they don't offer refunds unless you've paid with afterpay. Only had to return one item due to the fit (my fault though, i ordered the wrong size) and the returns process was simple + free return postage. Everything I've ordered looks exactly like photos. Always get emailed discount codes and love the huge range of clothes, accessories and makeup & easy to navigate site. Amazing quality and love the range of brands.
