Now this bloke Mark knows knives! After reading many positive reviews I thought I would put the Knife Dr to the test and he delivered. Two good quality ( but poorly maintained) kitchen knives were sharpened to a razors edge and all ready hours after dropping off.
Mark also has a incredible range of kitchen and general purpose knives for sale - I was like a kid in a candy store.

Great advice, great products, great prices and razor sharp knife sharpening. Much easier and faster than trying (and failing) to sharpen them myself!

Had 5 household knives sharpened - including a Global Knife, & some serrated knives. Dropped off in the morning - picked up in the arvo - Great service, & the knives are again so sharp!! The Knife Doctor has done a wonderful job!!!!

My husband has been promising to get our knives sharpened for 2 years now. I took matters into my own hands this week, finding the Knife Doctor on Google. Wish I had done this years ago. Having sharp knives in the kitchen is clearly something I've been missing. They're wonderful. Mark (the owner) is lovely & took the time to also show me how to use the steel properly. I will be coming back & will definitely be recommending his services to friends.

I have been having my knives sharpened at The Knife Doctor for the last two years, and the service has always been prompt and friendly. The quality of the sharpening has consistently been the best I have seen, even with the difficult blade types I use for my work.
On my first visit, during which I only browsed, the owner taught me to use a steel to sharpen my own knives. I have found this type of educational service to be all to rare. Has your mechanic ever offered to teach you to change your oil?

I have had knives sharpened before, elsewhere & while they did a good job, on straight forward jobs , it was not always the case with the tricky ones. The knife doctor is the best in the business & he gets mine everytime. Can't recommend him enough.

I had accidentally damaged a friend's knife, trying to chop a dog bone. The Knife Doctor restored the knife completely, removing all damage. I was impressed with the quick service as the job was done within a day.

Found The Knife Doctor via this site. Took a set of five kitchen knives including a scollop-edged bread knife for sharpening. Next day received a test message to say that the knives were ready for collection. Total cost under $45, and the knives are sharper now than when I purchased them. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic service and work. Dropped off 5 Wusthof knives in the morning and they were ready by 3pm on the same day. The knives haven't been so sharp in years. They had been sadly neglected over the past few years and the honing steel couldn't get a decent edge back. Mark got out all the small nicks, and was even able to straightened the tip of one blade that had been bent.

Will definitely use this service again.

I got my Furi knives sharpened at The Knife Doctor in Stafford. Great same day service, friendly advice and reasonably priced. I will be using The Knife Doctor again.
