Dropped in 5 knives and a pair of cooking scissors. Received honest advice about what needed sharpening and what didn't. Knives were ready within an hour and a half and are extremely sharp - the same as when I first got them. Also received free advice about how to sharpen them with a steel, Price was extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to anyone.

Had my Wusthorf knives sharpened at the shop on Saturday 14th, fantastic. Also the coffee shop round the corner was a great waiting place. Was also shown how to properly take care of knives.

I had a set of Trident knives sharpened which hadn't ever been professionally sharpened for 14 years. They are back to good as new! And I was shown how to better care for them at home. They also have a very good range of knives for sale at a fraction of the RRP.

I had some of my knives sharpened by The Knife Doctor yesterday .... they are amazing better than new. I don't know how I put up with them for so long. Great service, friendly and interesting shop. Will be taking mum's knives there next week.

I took my knives into the workshop on Monday morning. The guy was very helpful and gave me some tips on how to look after them. He even showed me how to use a steel! Picked up the knives that afternoon, they are awesome!! the sharpest I've ever used. Cooking has just got so much better. Have taken some garden tools there since and they are great too. I recommend this business to anyone, I am so happy with the quality and service.
