These idiots have failed to send me the correct item not once, but twice. I ordered a VGA-to-HDMI converter.

The first time, I ordered from them directly, on their eBay store. They sent me a composite-to-vga adapter. They then proceeded to be evasive when I asked them to send the correct item, promised to send it once I confirmed my address, and then went completely silent when I asked them if it had been sent and for the tracking details they promised. I engaged eBay and they promised me a refund.

The second time, I ordered from Kogan. Imagine my surprise when a parcel showed up from Panatech again - with the incorrect converter inside, AGAIN. THIS time, they sent me a 4-way VGA splitter.

I don't know who is running this place, but they do not know what they are selling. They are literally sending out random adapters, as if they are all inter-changeable. They are also IMPOSSIBLE to speak to, which goes to show their customer service skills are as quality as their knowledge of technology.

Stores like this are the reason so many Aussies go to china for their electronics. AVOID PANATECH LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I bought a $700 Panasonic microwave nncd997s 3 years ago.

Showroom price is $1300.

The appliance is working perfect.

Panasonic quality, made in Japan.

I bought another Panasonic microwave nncf770m for $400

Both the appliances are working perfectly fine.

They come with 1 yr Panasonic warranty for extra peace of mind.

I have bought 2 items from panatech at Tuggerah, the first was several years ago and was an mp3 gadget which I bought to store music on it for my commuting to Sydney each day for work, and not being a young person I did not know how to use it so a work colleague's daughter tried to help me with it however it would not work even with the young girl who tried, she said it simply wouldn't work and I should exchange it, so I went back to the store and the Tuggarah management simply wouldn't take it back or exchange it as she says there was nothing wrong with it. Basically I had done my money and decided I would never buy anything there again, but years later I was walking past shop and spotted a clock which I bought as it showed the inside and outside temperatures which I thought unique however once again it was faulty, so I took it back to a lovely lady who was working there for the day from the Parramatta store and she happily exchanged the item, the next one was ok for a while but one day I noticed it was stuck on just one number and the inside temperature was not showing so I tried to adjust it but it wouldn't adjust so I unplugged it and tried again without luck so I took it back to the store and Tuggerah Management served me this time and because it lit up when she plugged it in she wouldn't give a refund or credit note. I said I do not want another one as I've already changed it once so I don't trust it now as I need a clock that is reliable to wake me each day for work, she would not see reason so I went to Fair Trading who contacted her and she told them that I took it back because I simply didn't want it anymore, which was a BLATENT LIE. I took it back because it wouldn't work, Fair Trading finally were unable to contact me as I had been in hospital for a week but finally yesterday after being discharged I was advised that I can take it further but it will cost me money (fee). I CERTAINLY WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER once I have recovered and am back at work and can physically and mentally deal with this. It is a $45 clock so I am certainly not doing this because of the money, it is the principal of the whole thing. On Panatech's receipts there is a small note at the bottom stating that no refunds will be given if the returned item works upon the shop assistant turning it on (words to that effect). With electrical equipment anyone knows that they do not necessarily need to be working properly upon simply turning the object on as, yes, the item may certainly light up and appear to be ok but it is once it has been going for a time that it can have problems, the clock simply is not reliable.
THE FIRST CLOCK I BOUGHT WAS FAULTY AND THE SECOND CLOCK IS ALSO FAULTY AND I WANT JUSTICE, I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM OTHERS WHO HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM PLEASE. I WILL NOT BE LEAVING IT HERE AS SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE ROLE SHE IS IF SHE CANNOT REASON WITH SOMEONE.
The other lady from Pattamatta was very nice and helpful and there was no problem with her at all.
I look forward to hearing more about the wonderful PANATECH.

I bought a bread maker from Panatech via Ebay and subsequently visited the store to collect.

The bread maker was an "A-grade" re-conditioned unit so the box it came in was a bit tatty (irrelevant to me) but it had all components plus the standard 12 month Panasonic warranty.

The bread maker has provided excellent bread for almost one year now, with pretty heavy use (c. 3 or 4 loaves per week on average).

I recently noticed that the non-stick coating was starting to wear a little on the base of the mixing paddle. On telephoning Panatech to ask whether the paddle could be replaced under the warranty, they offered to post out a replacement mixing blade the next day at no cost to me.

I'm very pleased with the bread maker and the price I paid for it (the in-store prices are also very reasonable) and impressed with the follow-up service.

Highly recommended!

I purchased an INverter Panasonic Microwave oven here a week ago. This is my second purchase and I am not disappointed over the year that one item has been in my possession. This is an authorized refurbishment business. I saw it on ebay but have since just gone into the store to look and buy. I went to a big store and the price for the same item was double. The warranty the same for both. I am into quality as a priority for any item. Price is secondary to me. Service is of enormous importance as I will take a walk if service is not there no matter how cheap the product. These people are not talkers just wanting to dispose of goods in the SONY AND PANASONIC realm and a few other subsiduary 's of these companies and the items are top notch. This company has a highly rated stamp from ebay but my personal experience is that the goods are as good as you can get. A and B grade goods, B, being possibly cosmetically slightly damaged but A grade might be a box not looking too good. I could easily give wedding gifts from this shop at a great price and also park right out front and get helpful service for my knees in bringing the items to my car
