bought a brothr MFC9340 a week ago from inkman, have been experiencing all sort of issues since day one, eg. paper jam when printing double sided, printer smduges printouts,the corner of a page comes out creased every time without a fail. i called their customer service on the 20th Feb, and was assured that it'd be all taken care of and that all i needed to do is to sumbit a claim for refund on their webiste. so i did. two days after they sent me an email told me to take the printer to a brother authroised service station by myself. how [redacted inflammatory comment] and disappointing!!

Bought a HP Officejet 8720 printer off these guys online. Price was the best I found - about one third less than places like JB Hifi and Harvey Norman. They confirmed my order the next day (seems they delay before processing credit card payments for some reason) and delivery was prompt.

Bought a Brother MFC-9340 printer from Inkman and the printer was shipped on the same day with a tracking number. Very impressed with the quick delivery and reasonable prices!

Credit card charged, product not supplied, follow up appalling. Many calls and emails to follow up this company.

Horrific Customer Service experience.
Took Inkman over a week and 4 e-mails to get back to me about returning a Drum that I ordered in error. They refused to offer me a swap for the correct model, saying it was a $120 lesson I had to wear. Even had the cheek to suggest I try to sell it on eBay.

I have been using Inkman for at least a couple of years now.

The prices for my HP printer ink are much more cheaper than the shop prices.

The order time is very quick. For instance if you place an order you only need to wait 2 or 3 days to get your goods. There is a small fee that they charge for orders. The fee is considerably reduced when you order over $100 worth of goods.

The quality of the ink is extremly good and last just as long as the shop bought ink.

You can buy all types of ink e.g Brother, HP and Epson (just to name a few).

You can also buy printers there too at a good price.

Inkman certainly helped me out when I had no Ink - Thanks Inkman.

Used them for the first time last Saturday. Ordered Colour Laser Printer. Arrived on Tuesday...

All good and will use again for cartridges...
