bought a brothr MFC9340 a week ago from inkman, have been experiencing all sort of issues since day one, eg. paper jam when printing double sided, printer smduges printouts,the corner of a page comes out creased every time without a fail. i called their customer service on the 20th Feb, and was assured that it'd be all taken care of and that all i needed to do is to sumbit a claim for refund on their webiste. so i did. two days after they sent me an email told me to take the printer to a brother authroised service station by myself. how [redacted inflammatory comment] and disappointing!!
