Horrific Customer Service experience.
Took Inkman over a week and 4 e-mails to get back to me about returning a Drum that I ordered in error. They refused to offer me a swap for the correct model, saying it was a $120 lesson I had to wear. Even had the cheek to suggest I try to sell it on eBay.
