Extremely happy with the service provided at Inkerman Panels. The centre Manager Garreth was absolutely great to deal with. Very helpful, friendly, honest, kept me informed and updated during the claim process and went out of his way to help me out. I have taken 2 vehicles to this centre to have repaired recently - one as an insurance claim. Both were turned around in a quick time frame and workmanship was of a very high standard. I will definitely take any other vehicles that require panel beating/spraying to this centre again and would highly recommend their service to anyone else.

Paint and glue left all over the inside of my drivers side of the car interior after repairs were completed. When the issue was brought to the managers attention after I called and complained, the manager did contact me himself and organised to have the car cleaned. It was great how nice the staff were when fixing the problem, even offering to drop off and pick up my car so that the clean would not inconvenience myself.

While the majority of the time it was easy to communicate with the reception staff, I did find on 2 separate occasions that I was told the staff left me voicemails and sent me text messages to deliver information, which was never recieved. This was frustrating because I know there was no problem with my phone. But it was good that this only happened twice, and all the other occasions I recieved calls, messages and voicemails without any issues.

Sent there twice by insurance companies both times shocking job. 1st time paint started coming off panel replaced. Was told today by another panel beater no primer applied so paint peeling off. 2nd time boot leaking for 3 years CGU assessed and agreed to send to another panel beater who fixed it and has never leaked again. Inkerman panels told me it was leaking thru roof seals!!! They have no idea don't waste your time there.

Hi All,
my nice car was damaged on the driver door, had to had it fix. My insurance informed me that they have sent it to Inkerman Panels for repair, I got a call on the same day (mid last week) from Inkerman saying that they have received the car and the car is scheduled to be delivered on the 28thJan (Today)
I have received the car....on Monday the 24thJan which is 3 business working days (because of Australia day) before. I was surprised and the job was done perfectly. The service and the staff there was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Inkerman Panels to all my friends and relatives as from now onwards.
Keep up the good work there guys.

in short:

- it took us 10(!) weeks to get the car in. CGU blame inkerman and vice versa for the delay
- Inkerman kept the car for a whole week but started working on it the last day. The impact
on us was that we were told we had to either leave the car longer or pick it up and return it again when they got the part.
- its been 3 weeks and NOT A SINGLE word from Inkerman.
- They ve not responded to my email, but it was only sent yesterday
- I had to pay the ENTIRE amount for a repair job that is not even finished to get the car out.

Approximate cost: $850

I have to agree here. I knew there were more the touched on the horror I'm going through right now.
Through recommendation of my insurer I have in the clutches of this Monster for 3 months now. it's true, all your enquiries will never be resolved. Simply asking an for approximate ETA will be met with you being told if your not happy to go pick up your car. To be told the work will be finish next week and come the Friday of next week only to be told the a meeting will be held the week after to determine when it "might" be completed. I did mention 3 months...till now. I'll let you in on some insite. Their associated engineer and mechanic make Inkerman look like a treat. Today my vehicle has been returned to me by their associate who held my vehicle for a week to change a bent rim Inkerman overlooked (Hang on guys. This is worth the time to read), my vehicle was returned and if it was taken down on a 4x4 track and thrashed to hills in a Lexus, but not 4 wheel drive, an IS250. I not lying guys. I a bit of a car enthusiast and do what needs to be done in maintaining a black. It's hard to hide the fact that it was thrashed if it's given back in unwashed. How unwashed?..most of it covers the colour of the car AND no fuel left in the car. Might have use through the week to picked up the kids, or maybe just had bit fun with my car. I glad it ran out of fuel though. It was only towed there to get a rim changed two days after it was after it was delivered to me from Inkerman in the night on back of a tow truck as completed. Did I mention 3 month in repair. Tomorrow my vehicle is booked in with my insurance assessor to go over a multitude of incomplete work and additional issues that weren't apparent prior to going Inkerman's bottomless hell. here is a short list of the obvious....Scratched side skirts, condensation in the head light, all steering controls not working, phone features not apparent on the in the head unit menus, scratched leather on the passenger seat, crack casing on the mirror indicator, a head light pointing in the air and the other straight to the ground, Overspray with visible taped areas, a mosaic of machine swirls down both sides of the car, and how can I not mention that buckled rim which exposed a the true naature of mongols that have no decency or respect for you or your car. In a nutshell, a bunch of yobbos that you make the effort to stay clear of. Unfortunately 3 months was not enough to repair my car. Tomorrow we go over the so called repair they claim to have been done and go again form there. Guys, if you're still reading let me reassure you the I'm giving you a watered down version of what really is going on at Inkerman Panels. And all this without any dispute. I just respectfully let them dig a hole for themselves. I knew that I wasn't singled out and the only reason I I'm getting treated in this disgusting subhuman way is because they have been getting away with it until now. I wonder if it's occurred to anyone that Inkerman are incapable and their business is sham.
This is not a joke. It's hard to believe until you see these damning pictures that say a lot more that I can explain.
If you know what's good....there's none of it at inkerman Panels. You'll only find crims that are happier when they're putting you down. "I SWEAR TO GOD".
