in short:

- it took us 10(!) weeks to get the car in. CGU blame inkerman and vice versa for the delay
- Inkerman kept the car for a whole week but started working on it the last day. The impact
on us was that we were told we had to either leave the car longer or pick it up and return it again when they got the part.
- its been 3 weeks and NOT A SINGLE word from Inkerman.
- They ve not responded to my email, but it was only sent yesterday
- I had to pay the ENTIRE amount for a repair job that is not even finished to get the car out.

Approximate cost: $850

I had 3 tax returns done and all of them were billed over the price we were quoted.
My tax return ended up costing me 330AUD instead of 250AUD.

However my girlfriends two tax returns ended up being charged 990AUD instead of 250+ per return.

This is how it happened: we went in to meet them, we were told the price per tax return is more or less 250AUD, give and take a bit.. Nothing was don in writing.
Next we received a couple of phone calls with questions and such, normal. Be warned these phone calls are billed from 60AUD - 110AUD per phone call.
At no time will you be advised that this is added to the bill.

I then asked for a better price, where MPR replied we had already been given a rebate as the initial price was 1200AUD and now was 900AUD plus GST: 990AUD.

If you ever want to deal with this company get EVERYTHING in writing. Nothing we did was ever done in writing.
