After buying a voucher here last year they canceled my appointment up to three times by text and when I tried to re-book I could never get on to them. When I finally managed to get a booking and I showed up they couldn't find me in the system... Thankfully got a refund on the voucher company! NEVER going back and would not recommend what a bunch of amateurs!

I purchased a voucher from Cudo in August 2011 (7 months ago) for IPL (hair removal).
Initially I could not get hold of them via phone (engaged or no answer) after a week of trying, I googled them & drove there.
First appointments was kept. (With IPL you go for 6-8 treatments 3-4 weeks apart).
After the first appointment...they have changed my booking 5 times over past 6 months (all via text asking for me to call & rebook.) I have had to physically go there & handle it each time because they don't answer the phone. All up I've had 3 treatments from them over past 7 months, when it should have been 7-8.
This has annoyed me ten fold, but I could put up with it. BUT yesterday I went to an appointment and arrive & there is a note saying the salon is closed please call a number to re book!! Grrrrrrrrgggghhhh! No answer from number left on door despite my attempts.
If you see an IPL voucher on any of those Cudo type websites check it out make sure it not connected to Evoque (they trade under a few names).
I've wasted close to $400 on this company. I see they are still selling these IPL treatments & other services on Cudo etc. DON'T BUY THEM!

I bought 2 Groupon vouchers back in August last year which allowed me 4 visits. So far I've only managed to redeem 2 as it took months to get through to them...phone always engaged or just not answered. I had a third appointment booked for last week but when I got there the place was all closed up. Mobile number left on door to reschedule but so far no-one has called me back despite several calls from me. Very disappointed!

I bought a voucher as well for micro but went to the Evoque in ringwood. The customer service was great and the therapist I had Emily informed me a lot about my skin and what's bad or good for it! Deffinetly recommend her to friends and my face looked and felt amazing afterwards :)

I had a scoopon and groupon voucher and I must say due to the fact that they have been busy and they had to rescheduled me , I was given good service and I enjoyed my message. I was also advised that the company is going through new managment and was also give a gift to say sorry for the waiting. I have had a good treatment so far.

Purchased online coupon. To our suprise the massage was cut short from 1 hr to 20mins, mani and pedi were not allowed to dry. They had to be reminded about the booked waxing and when it was applied it was pipping hot. In the end it just seemed as though they were in a rush to leave and close up early for the day. They were informed will in advanced of what was booked.

I actually bought a voucher for the above business on one of the latest group buying sites. It took me several attempts to contact them by telephone - their line was constantly engaged or nobody answered. I made an appointment for last Saturday afternoon and when I got there, the place was all locked up - nobody in site. I was furious that I wasted my time and petrol going there. I am now seeking to get a refund from the group buying site, as I do not wish to deal with this business at all.
