I went to this hair dresser once a while ago, it was ok but nothing special. I don't think I would go again. There was also a lady that did waxing at the back, not sure if she is still there. She worked hard and did a pretty good job but I'm not sure about the hygiene standards, I think the same towel was on the treatment bed pretty much all the time...

After buying a voucher here last year they canceled my appointment up to three times by text and when I tried to re-book I could never get on to them. When I finally managed to get a booking and I showed up they couldn't find me in the system... Thankfully got a refund on the voucher company! NEVER going back and would not recommend what a bunch of amateurs!

Had my bikini and underarms done here, always happy with service and good results. Would recommend!

I bought a voucher for IPL here and although I know this was a cheap deal and I shouldn't expect too much, I had three concerns. The first is that I think the lady who does the IPL is not using the right technique, she doesn't even touch my skin with the ipl wand but hovers it above my skin. She also tells me to shave one week before which means I have long hairs when I come in for IPL. I've done IPL before elsewhere and I don't think this is how it's done.

Second, she only wants to book me in every 6-8 weeks in stead of the 4-5 weeks as stated on my voucher, even though she is not busy at all.

The third is that I'm doing my lower legs and where most places include the knee area, she doesn't go even near my knees and wants me to pay extra if I wish to do full lower legs.

I thought I'll wait and see how it goes but after 6 months of treatments I have only seen a 10-15% reduction in hair growth whereas after 6months of IPL on my bikini area and underarms elsewhere I had a results of about 80% reduction.

I am disappointed that I wasted my time here and would not recommend it.
