I bought 2 Groupon vouchers back in August last year which allowed me 4 visits. So far I've only managed to redeem 2 as it took months to get through to them...phone always engaged or just not answered. I had a third appointment booked for last week but when I got there the place was all closed up. Mobile number left on door to reschedule but so far no-one has called me back despite several calls from me. Very disappointed!
