Terrible refund policy.very slowe at responding. They give you store credit and charge you for return postage and first delivery and you have to pay for the second postage as well Over all I paid $90 and still haven’t received the second item after 2 month from the day that I purchase my first item . So disappointing.

We are really sorry about the delay with your second item.

Usually, our orders are normally delivered in a maximum of 15 working days. You can check this information out at our delivery policy page on our website.

Our refund policy states that any customer can exchange the items purchased without questions asked for a store credit. On our part, returns are free of charge. However, your local post office may charge you a fee that has nothing to do with our store. This current return system is a limitation of our technology, since at this time, we arent able to generate return shipping labels. We are currently working on improving our returns system and in the next few months we will be offering 18 return addresses globally.

We also hired more support staff the past few months and all customer inquiries are now being answered within 24 working hours.

We really apologize for the experience you had with our store.

Doof store market themselves as "Australia's largest source of alternative clothing..." yet my package arrived from China. The service was terrible from the get go, I was reluctant to chase them up about my order given Covid delays but eventually did across all their socials and their website and the generic response I received blamed the delays on 'a lack of festivals' like music festivals and clothing are somehow related? To top things off the 'large' shirt I ordered would be lucky to fit a child. Avoid at all costs. 0/10.

We have recently integrated a logistics center in Western Australia and look forward to shipping high-volume items from there in the near future. If you wish to shop from Australian designers directly, check out the Festival Clothing Australia collection on our website.

We also apologize that the items delivered to you werent the right size. We strive to provide accurate size charts so that these situations can be avoided. However, when these occur, our returns policy states that you can return your items and exchange them for the correct size item.

We have hired more support staff in the past months and we are happy to say that all customer inquiries are now being answered within 24 working hours.

What a terrible experience. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!
I placed my order so early even though this website is marketed as an Australian company offering priority shipping within Australia (3-7 business days). It has now been over 3 weeks and my order has not left CHINA yet. I have no idea if my items will arrive in time for my birthday and the company will not respond to my enquiries.
Had I known it was coming from China and not Australia, I could have ordered from another company selling the same items for much cheaper.
I am now unsure if I will receive my items or if I need to purchase them from somewhere else before it is too late. According to their shipping policy, they take no responsibility for shipping delays, even though you are led to believe it is coming from Australia, with only a store credit offered for returned items which is useless if the event has passed.
Very disappointing!

We strive to provide the most accurate delivery times we can, however, the times provided on our website are just estimates.

We are continuously working to improve our tracking information and the technology that delivers it. We advise that if an order is urgent, to choose Priority Shipping with DHL it will be delivered to your door in 3-4 days from the moment that it leaves the warehouse.

Our return policy offers the possibility to return the items purchased with no questions asked in exchange for a store credit. We dont believe that our customers should be buying clothes for a single event or for single-use. Nevertheless, we offer the possibility to exchange a purchased item for something they will be using on a regular basis.

We have also hired more support staff and we are happy to inform that our customer inquiries are now being answered within 24 hours.

This website is a scam. Stating that their clothes are from Australia, when it actually is coming from China. I would not have ordered anything if I knew this, as I always prefer to support local. My order hasn’t moved anywhere since I ordered it in 9.2, no one is replying to my emails AND everything I comment on their Instagram account keeps getting deleted. AVOID THIS SHOP IN ALL COST, and take your money elsewhere.

Hello Sarah. As stated on our website, we are an Australian based online store. We have partnered up with independent talented designers from all over the world to provide all our costumers with the best outfits possible. For this reason, some products are not in Australia when you order them and we also never state on our website that products are being shipped exclusively from Australia. Our estimated time of delivery is from 7 to 14 Working Days. However, we are experiencing some delays due to covid-19 (and this is also stated on our delivery policy page at this moment).
We are really sorry about any inconvenience that we may have caused you. We can understand your frustration with our lack of response and we really apologize for that.
Still, we are no scam. We are a Team of Passionate Doofers whose only goal is to provide the best experience possible to our costumers.
Nevertheless, at the time, we received an unusual amount of tickets which caused us to have some delays in our responses. We really apologize for that. Your order moved but the tracking was never updated.
Concerning the Instagram Posts, we don't answer support questions on Instagram comments. Our Marketing team answered you multiple times on Instagram and our Support team answered your ticket as well. Have a wonderful day.
