Do not buy from doof store!
I spent $120 on a coat that was advertised as super warm and fluffy - made out of thin material providing limited warmth. Doof store refused to give me a full refund, they said they could only provide a partial refund which was unacceptable as there was nothing else on their website I wanted. After months of chasing them I was able to get a refund but only after involving the Fair Trading Ombudsman who helped me! Please don’t waste your money!!

I ordered an item and was told it was out of stock. I had to order another item which was confirmed. I was waiting a while for it and didn't get a tracking reference so I followed it up with them. Then they told me my new order item was also out of stock. They didn't let me know and both out of stock items are still listed on their website.
