Catherine groomed our pup twice at home. The first groom was excellent. The second groom didn't meet expectations. For an experienced groomer, Cath should have laid down a few protocols for the owners before she began and provided some training after first groom to ease the second and so on - feedback relayed to the groomer. Home grooming for this pup is not be the answer - too young and inexperienced. I have recently discovered she has spoken to other groomers about this experience to which at one establishment, have cancelled the pups appointment without meeting the pup or trialing - for this establishment listening to one persons side of events without speaking to the owner is not worth my business. For Catherine, not acting in a very professional manner when faced with negative feedback. Ensure your pups have plenty of experience in the grooming dept before you consider home grooming. Expensive exercise to have to rectify. Hard to give an honest rating - first groom was great, but second was terrible.

Catherine groomed our girl Lilly and it was THE best haircut she's ever had!!! Her passion for dogs shows thru her work. It was extremely difficult for me to trust anyone with my precious baby but it's evident that Catherine knows what she's doing as my baby girl was very happy with her and that's all that matters. Catherine clearly has heaps of experience and to have Lilly pampered in the comfort of her own home was the best!! We have booked regular appointments as Catherine have suggested and Lilly can't wait to see aunty Catherine again soon. Thanks Catherine, you're the best.

First time for us doing house call grooming - it went really well! Catherine is clearly very experienced, and cares sincerely about the animals she looks after. Bathing definitely isn’t our pup’s favourite thing, but Catherine put her at ease. And she smelled SO good afterward. Much more relaxing than heading out to a salon, for all involved. The set-up was no fuss, and our place was left clean and tidy. Thanks Catherine!
