I unfortunately had to contact Data Retriever due a near simultaneous failure of drives in a RAID array (a replacement plan was in place but not yet executed after the first drive failed).

Craig penciled in to take a look at the drive on it's expected delivery date and immediately began work and kept me up to date with the entire process - I was surprised at how well he does the job and how easy it seemed for him!

I ended up with a critical database restored the very next day and the remainder of the data posted back on a new drive - very pleased with the result and amazed with the level of service provided. I would use again without hesitation!
