after a week or so of not being able to get my accounting program to open, craig went out of his way to help me. but not just help, he is probably one of the most courteous and professional i have had the pleasure to deal with, and he somehow managed to make computer talk make sense to me. thank you craig. you will be my first call if i ever find myself with corrupted files again.
