Follow up from previous. After a number of phone calls and finally writing by email they at least proved decent. They have replaced my battery which went missing with a new one. Hopefully this will not happen again in their premises.

I called on a public holiday, manager came in and met me at the shop. He called and gave me a quote and I had the computer back to me the next day. Great service, helped my business out and didn't charge any extra for the holiday. Good to get an honest local company willing to help out other small business. And not to expensive.

Very help full. Knowladgeble of there products, fast repairs and much cheaper then other companies. They are local and easy to find. There is plenty of parking too.

Carelesss,they not only cannot troubleshoot adequately but instead they charge inappropriately despite not repairing; in addition they cannot be trusted with the components of your boxed laptop. Parts worth $$ got stolen or misplaced or they "lose" it through being over-casual, clueless compared to another repairer who could accurately diagnose and charge only when fixed+ no additional "loss" of components IN THE REPAIRER'S CUSTODY. Total loss of money and property almost $200. Not to mention phone calls, time and fuel for trips up and down, and wasted time eg, if taken to a more competent for IT trouble-shooting and a more careful company. What's the use of charging customers for giving bad service + after losing components... This is terrible service!

Three times to get old computer fixed then told cheaper to upgrade new. Sold new computer plays up just as much as the old one and when take it back they say they tested it and all good. Gave up on these clowns and took it to another shop who fixed it now it works. I will never go back

Great technical support, top quality products. Good to see a company supporting the products that they sell. not pushy, and great pricing. Also they liked to hear feedback from their advice good and bad. They seem to be always keen to please the consumer
