I have used Core Computers regularly for many years. Always get excellent service and prices for everything from new computers to ink and toners for my printers.
Latest job was to replace motherboard, processor and HDD in my desktop. Took the computer home and everything is just as it was requested.

The team at core computers are commendable in both their knowledge, performance and service. Recently I have an issue with a new graphics card that i had purchased from a different company from ebay. I took the graphics card down to core computers, and without charge, they examined the graphics card and correctly diagnosed it as faulty. This enabled me to get a refund from the other company. In circumstances where the normal business practice would have been to charge me for this, the team at core computers did not. I will undoubtedly use core computers for all of my computer needs. Bloody great work guys

Core Computers assessed two damaged laptops and an external storage looking for a way to recover the hard-drive and some of the contents. Rather than muck us about they put us straight in contact with a data recovery expert for the external hard-drive and got back to us in a timely fashion advising the laptops were beyond economic repair. These guys were happy to spend the time talking through the issues and other general IT advice. Well be returning.

I went to Nathan and the guys when my 17" MacBook Pro died - which wasn't that old and ended up needing a new logic board. Nathan knew the fault immediately, and his knowledge generally was impressive which made me feel confident in his advice. Instead of giving me a single huge quote, he gave me a range of advice, options and information. On taking his advice he then liaised with Apple on my behalf to come to a solution that was perfect to me... It is rare in this day and age to find ANY company focussed on service and the best solution for the client - I can't express enough how impressed I was !

These guys are incredibly helpful, really fantastic customer service. Their pricing is very reasonable and they get things done much faster than other companies I have tried. Would definately recommend.

I came to the store with a Asus Eee that my son had hard drived locked and SOLD on eBay using my account! Nathan tried every way possible to unlock it but eventually had to replace the hard drive and reinstall the Operating system all within 24 hours as I had to send to the buyer. He worked in his own time overnight and it was all completed and at a very reasonable price! I would thoroughly recommend these guys for everyone.
