BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Acting like it's in Australia but its Hong Kong company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! You will be waiting 3-4 weeks at least. After month of waiting and 8 emails I still have not received what I paid for. EXTREMELY DODGY!!! And from their responses they do not care about the customer at all. Goods arrived in good condition in Sony box. Very happy with price and with cam. Took a little bit longer than I thought though . Would definitely buy again through Becextech considering I saved around. $300ish compared with local stores. You can't really argue with that !

Buyer beware!!!!
After many years of using this site, I am very disappointed with my recent order and how it has been handled.
In Feb 2019, I ordered a mobile phone worth $219, was informed phone was out of stock despite order being processed, was asked to pay $30 to upgrade to a model that was in stock.
Three month later and 30 emails, phone had not been delivered!
Told that phone was returned to the warehouse for wrong mailing address. I was asked to pay an extra $30 for reshipping.
This week and 4 months after my initial order, I was informed that my phone had been LOST by DHL and there is nothing Becextech can do!!!! I have spent $219+30+30=$279, 4 months later, no product delivered!!

Product features and function represented correctly, pricing accurately stated, shipped on stated schedule with quoted terms. Would use Becextech again, and have already recommended to several friends.

Good price, good website. Received the camera promptly, but not the spare battery I ordered. When I followed up a few days later, I was told that it was out of stock and I was offered a refund for the battery, which I accepted and received promptly.

I paid close to 900 dollars for a Samsung Galaxy S9. I was promised the phone would arrive in 3 to 4 business days but three weeks later, it still hadn’t arrived. Imagine living without a phone for three weeks! I sent them about a million emails and received nonchalant responses from them. I even followed up with the courier company every single day even though it was not my job to do so. After an investigation, they admitted they lost my phone. They are refusing to pay me my money back. I’m absolutely pissed off and will launch legal action against this company. I want my money back!!!

Have been waiting since 21/12/18. No tracking number yet. I email them and ask and they don't give clear replies. I regret purchasing from them and warn others to stay away!
