I was browsing through the sale items and found some PJ pants for my daughter but they didn't have the top in her size. The sales lady rang all the other stores in the area until she found one that had the top in the right size. She asked them to hold it for me. My daughter loves her new PJs

I bought a PSP game console for my son and paid by credit card.The girl at the counter put it through but said that the register was not working and that the payment did not go through. She repeated the transaction on the other register and again she said it did not go through, so she tried it again this time she said it went through. I asked to see the other register where she said it had not gone through and found that it had gone through. They then refunded that payment to me. A few days later I rang my Credit provider to check my account and found that in fact all 3 attempts had been in successful each to the amount of $299 and only one had been credited back. I contacted the store and after much discussion they finally refunded the other amount of $299 , but I was made to feel as if I was cheating them.

Was looking for a DVD that had been advertised . When I finally found a staffmember to ask for help finding it, she was not very happy and a bit unfriendly.She did eventually help me find it.

I regularly rent DVDs from them, this time I rented 2 games for the kids but when I got them home the kids did not want them. I took them back and the guy at the counter let me get 2 different ones instead .

They sent in my mobile phone for repair. I did not have my proof of purchase with me. I had misplaced it, so they contacted Optus and requested that they send them a copy. My phone is now ready to be picked up.

I had bought a bed on lay-by with them over a long period of time. Every time I entered the store to make a deposit, they addressed me by my name and made me feel like a friend.

I entered the store to try on some clothing. The staff was very helpful and gave me good advice ( not just what I wanted to hear) I ended up buying several outfits. After  getting home and my kids approving of my choices, I'm still very happy.Excellent Customer service.

I entered the Store to buy an alarm clock. I asked the store manager for help, and was rudely reprimanded telling me she was too busy (not serving another customer) I told her that I wanted to buy this alarm clock, but would not do it unless i could see it work. She finally agreed to put in some batteries . I thought it was very poor customer service.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me good advice and I didn't have to wait long until I drove off with brand new tyres. I don't know much about tyres and was impressed that the salesman recomended the tyres that were best rather than the most exspencive. I didn't have to wait long for the work to be compleeted. During my wait I was sitting in a nice clean waiting room with a TV and a coffeemashine etc..
