I'm not all that up-to-date with the latest Nintendo DS & PSP games so probably looked a little lost when looking for suitable games for my kids. A staff member obviously noticed my puzzled look & offered help. He was amazing! He explained games accurately, picked out a few for me to look at & then narrowed it down to 3 for me to choose from. He made it so much easier to find a suitable game & answered all my questions thoroughly.

I bought a PSP game console for my son and paid by credit card.The girl at the counter put it through but said that the register was not working and that the payment did not go through. She repeated the transaction on the other register and again she said it did not go through, so she tried it again this time she said it went through. I asked to see the other register where she said it had not gone through and found that it had gone through. They then refunded that payment to me. A few days later I rang my Credit provider to check my account and found that in fact all 3 attempts had been in successful each to the amount of $299 and only one had been credited back. I contacted the store and after much discussion they finally refunded the other amount of $299 , but I was made to feel as if I was cheating them.
