I have been training with Ben for two years now. Initially I came to him for shoulder rehab following a pretty unpleasant shoulder injury. But the injury was a blessing in disguise! Not only I am completely pain-free, but these two years of progressive weight training have produced results that I never expected at my (not so young) age. I feel so much stronger, more flexible and mobile. My posture is better, body shape is better, and I lift weights that I couldn’t even think of before. I sincerely recommend Ben for his professionalism, commitment, and individual approach. A great trainer!
