The trainer Ben is lovely, and worked with my partner and I to create a routine that matches our goals. We started off in private sessions and have since moved to the group classes of 40 people.
Highly recommended if your looking for a trainer to help you build strength, and ensure you are taking care of yourself on the way.

Ben has been training my son for a few years now and what a difference he has made! Ben has taught an uncoordinated and 'unsporty' kid how to safely and effectively lift, run, jump, throw, catch and kick, all whilst having fun. He's now a strong, fit, teen with a job lined up as a gymnastics coach when he's old enough to work! I am so proud and amazed by what he has achieved thanks to Ben's patience and knowledge.
