I have to say I am extremely impressed with the service I received from LG with a warranty claim. I have had some bad experiences in the past & was dreading it...but I was pleasantly surprised.

The man I spoke to at the call centre was very friendly (and Australian) and gave me all the info I needed to get the claim underway. Our warranty was due to run out in about a month so I thought it may be dragged out...but again I was wrong.

I dropped off the TV at the recommended repairer & in a weeks time I received a call from the same man @ LG saying that they were replacing our TV with a new one. It was shipped to the repairer & I picked it up about 4 days after his call to me.

What a great experience! I would happily buy LG products again, great after sale service.

I have be going to this Donut King for many years now...unfortunately I have seen very little improvement in customer service or how quickly they serve. On the last few occasions the teens that were serving were too busy in conversations between themselves to get a move on peoples orders.
The coffee is up & down too, sometimes beautiful, other times burnt & same for the cinnamon donuts, sometimes nice, sometimes too oily. Very inconsistent. This is a busy outlet, they need to work out a better system to get orders out quicker & improve customer service. We now go to another muffin chain in the same shopping centre as service is a whole lot better...

Very knowledgeable helpful staff & know exactly what you are looking for & nearly always have the part/bottle etc... for your car in stock, if they don't they make calls until they find it. When I purchased oil for my car had no idea that I could get an RACV discount on it... but they let me know I could so was very please to save a few $$ that day!
This would be my first place to call into if I need anything for my car, for the little extra you may pay in price is made up for in staff expertise.

Great place for a night out. They have a fantastic indoor playground for the kids. The meals are always yummy and great quality. We love going either on Tues nights (kids eat free) or Sat night - 20% off you total bill if ordered before 6.30pm, which is great value for a family. But they have specials on most nights like parma night etc...and they have an $11 lunch menu too. We would recommend coming here for a meal!

I have to say I'm not overly impressed with Gloria Jeans. I find the prices a bit higher than a lot of other places. The last time hubby I + the kids went we were very disappointed with the coffees. Not much flavour/very weak....the value for money was not there. On the plus side, it's great that they offer a free baby chino with each drink purchased so kids were very happy.
If we ever went again, I will have to remember to ask for strong coffees!

I had a great experience here today...I only had $11 in my purse & ordered what I thought added up to $11...but my calculations were out by 50 cents! So embarrassing... so I said to the lady serving just cancel 1 thing on my order so have enough, but she said not to worry about it, its only 50 cents....I have never come across anyone that has done that before! I was so grateful. So thank you!
My coffee & scones were yummy as always & my 3yo enjoyed his kids pack!
Love the muffin break rewards card too, great value, buy 4 coffees & get the 5th free.

Great location, on Esplanade, with lovely outdoor seating area next to the out door play ground. Unfortunately all the umbrella's on all of the tables were broken so we had to sit in the sun...which got quite hot after a while! But luckily by time meals arrived there was a bit of shade for kids to sit in.
This has changed since we were here last. They now have an Asian menu & "normal" menu.
I had a chicken & avocado wrap which was very yummy & hubby had steak & black bean which was also delicious.
The kids has pizza & chips, which were ok but disappointing that the pizzas had only been microwaved so very soggy..but they were starving so ate anyway.
We also noticed most of the tables outside had dirty glasses on them, so need to improve cleaning up, the lady from bistro was quick to collect dirty plates/cutlery but left drinks which I guess are bar staffs responsibility.
Overall...very nice. We would come back

Yummy! Hubby had the fisherman's basket which was huge & he really enjoyed...I had chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy & vegies and it was delicious...just like a home cooked meal, and kids had snags & chips which they loved too. Prices were excellent value for money.
They have a large menu with Chinese (which a few dishes smelt delicious as they went by!) & then "Australian" selections
Kids playroom entertained our boys, has tv, books, blocks & few other bit n pieces to keep them busy.
We will definitely come back here again.

What a great place to look for all kinds of goodies! Very large store of everything retro/antique/old/vintage!
All sorted out into sections so easy to find what you are looking for. Heaps of glassware, furniture, tools, nic nacs etc...
Prices are reasonable too...not over inflated like a lot of these places are nowdays.
Well worth having a browse.

Decided to stop in here on the way home...looked really good in the brochures. But have to say very disappointed.
We were waiting at the counter for service for about 3-5 mins.
The park is a lot smaller than I thought & some facilities are old and rusty, need a bit more maintenance.
We found value for money very poor. We only wanted the to play mini golf & have a quick go on the jumping castle & I cost $27....they charged $6 per child to have 5 mins on the castle...the value would be ok if we could have stayed longer & paid a few dollars more for unlimited golf/jumping...
As we were watching kid on the castle one of the employees was over on the bungee trampoline with a young girl. He looked very disinterested in his job.
Been there & done it...we wouldn't hurry back.
