Nice bakery, looks a lot cleaner after their recent renovations. Not too sure about the owner though, she frequently talks down to staff and i have seen a few stories about her not paying staff properly in the Progress Press recently. Fresh and tasty bread most of the time, nice staff and a convenient location with ample parking right behind it.

This is the strangest Petrol Station i have ever been to. I filled up my car and went in to pay where a man with black curly hair was asking a customer to say hi to batman for him. He seemed friendly but very peculiar. Good loction though, never gets too busy and prices are usually relatively cheap

Hands down the best cafe in Balwyn. Great food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and the best coffee i have had. It has started to get busy over the past 12 months so make sure you avoid arriving from 11-12 as there is usually a line.

This is my favourite Subway and the only one i go to. Great customer service with one boy in particular who works there. Always get a smile from him and he remembers my order. Maccas over subway any day
