The staff here are very effective and pleasant, however one gets the impression that the owner doesn't treat them very well, and lacks appropriate training. Always clean.

This is my favourite Subway and the only one i go to. Great customer service with one boy in particular who works there. Always get a smile from him and he remembers my order. Maccas over subway any day

your guaranteed to bump into someone you know locally here weather they work here or are just eating this is a local hotspot for lunch for other workers from other businesses in the area! the food is always fresh and the staff friendly!

Ive always loved this subway its clean and the staff are always very very nice. i dont mind getting a sub every now and again although they make me very full, The prices here i find are cheaper than other places.

They make very quick production line style rolls, in a stile franchise company environment. The meat they use for the sandwiches (e.g. chicken, meatballs) is low quality, while there bread doesn't seem to fill you quite as much as a normal roll from a bakery. Subway over Mcdonalds, although go to a cafe for a sandwich over Subway.

Subway has always been one of my favourite 'fast food' restaurant. This one is no exception, in fact it only backs up my view on subway restaurants. The fresh ingrieditenst are always nice and the customer service is always strong.

This Subway restaurant in Balwyn makes very delicious subs, although i've eaten better subs at other Subway restaurants. The service is very good and you wont need to wait long to get your meal. Foot-long subs are great value for money.

it really depends on who you get making your sandwich here as to how good it will be, they do always have fresh fillings here though its not really that pleasant sitting outside i would recommend staying in.

In comparison to other subways this one is particularly good, the food and service are of high quality but every now and then one particular, amazingly surly, member of staff can put a dent in the day, but this is s rarity....

After a long running with the Subway company, I've found the cleanliness and overall quality of this subway to be quite good in comparison to the others, the price is lower than expected and the quality is somewhat higher than expected, overall good job!
