I have used this grooming salon a number of times and times I have come out annoyed with the way my dog was cut and other times I have be really happy. It seems like a mixed bag. The lady is friendly and does show love for animals which is a bonus. Pricing is okay. I am unsure if I recommend or not

We highly recommend Kerrie. She did a fantastic job with all the families dogs. Well priced. Lovely and friendly person. We will be recommending her to other family and friends who live in ballarat. Highly recommend.

when we first moved to the area we was unsure on which vet we wanted to see so we started off here. They have a wealth of information and are very supportive if there is any concerns. I highly recommend.

We found a little black staffy and took it in on Christmas eve and luckily the little guy had a council tag on. We tried to call the council and was referred to this pet clinic. We were surprised that this clinic was on after hours on Christmas eve ! They were able to locate the owner who was really happy to find their little friend. I highly recommend this vet as after hours vet

we have taken our dog here from the day we got them. As this vet was recommended from the RSPCA. They were fantastic. We regret not being able to use them now living in Melbourne. When our dog got a skin condition they did everything to work out what was wrong and what had caused it.They didn't mind having a dog who gets over excited and barked at on site little cat.. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this vet clinic. We went here after hours when we saw a cat get run over in front of our house. They did a fantastic job to help and keep this kitty alive. They were able to also locate the owners of the cat! They kept us up to date on the cat's condition. I highly recommend.

finely a groomer who comes on time.! Fantastic job. We couldn't get in to our preferred 3 groomers and it was coming in to a hot ballarat summer and our dogs needed a well-deserved groom. They were able to make a appointment asap and did such a fantastic job. Highly recommend

these guys did a fantastic job on my mums cat when. She came out looking like a young cat again instead of a 14 year old. She is groomed on a regular basis but none of the groomers we have used have not compared to these guys.

we have only used these guys once as they were a back up when we couldn't get in to our 2 normal groomers and these guys where great. They listened to everything we wanted done and gave our little fur babies a well-deserved treat at the end. I highly recommend.

fantastic job all round from this groomer. The pricing is fantastic and the lady who runs it is really friendly. One of my dogs have a skin condition and it was hard to find a groomer who was careful not to get to much shampoo on her belly when the condition around. I highly recommend
