Sales staff are great. Home is fantasic. What more can i say. They did a great job of my new home and will be going back for another home when im wanting to invest.

We had problems with our solar hot water. We called these guys to come out and they were fantastic. They book us in asap and came out very quickly. They were very polite i highly recommend!

Nice big building had all my needs under one roof. Made my renovations alot easier!!!
They were out of a item i was after which i told them i wanted a certain one they were more then happy to order it in!

Loved there work. I had concerns with mice in my house rang them they came out and i thought they hadn't removed them selfs from my house. Called back up and the person i dealt with was very helpful..

I will be calling these guys out again if i have anymore problems.

We had a split system put in our new home. The trades men that came were meant to early of a morning i was waiting around until 45 Min's after they was meant to be at my house then i rang plum to my surprise they told me they changed my time until late afternoon and they called to tell me they did. Well i know one thing for sure is that i didn't get there so called phone call. Once they turned up all the trades men were to busy smoking all afternoon and only finished half of the job. Once 5.30 hit they said they didn't have the right parts and will be back tomorrow. But didn't know what time they would be coming back knowing i had work the next day i had to hang around home all day until they came and couldn't go to work. I would never again go through plum yes they were the cheapest but not overly professional!

Im with the commonwealth bank and needed to go in to this branch to get a bank statement with certain dates written on it.
I went in there they told me wait for someone to see me which was fine. I finely got seen by a woman once i told her that i needed a Bank statement she asked me what i needed it for then. Once i told her she then tried to get me to sign up for there products (I.e credit card, personal loan etc) Im already with the commonwealth just for a savings account and then that is it. I told her this and she kept asking me why. Then a few days later she rang me on my mobile asking the same thing if i wanted to sign up to anything that she offered me the time i saw her. When i told her that day i saw her that im not interested in any of them products and wont be as im with another bank.
I wouldnt recommend going in to the branch at werribee plaza if it is not needed.
they are overly pushy

We brought our new Rav 4 from Le Mans Toyota only a few months ago. I was more then happy with the way they treat there customers they were very polite. We had no problems with them at all. We brought our new Rav 4 home and noticed that it seemed a little low on coolant and we took the car back to them. The service staff was very understanding and filled it up for free and said sorry they forgot to check it before we left.

When and If we buy another Toyota again i will be going back to Le Mans.

If you want great customer service at a dealership i suggest you try Le Mans first.

Went to baby bunting to buy a new pram as i was having a second child. I went in to baby bunting as they are the biggest knowing baby shop in Melbourne. I have been to baby bunting before when they have had sales and there pricing has been good compared to some other baby shops. I asked the woman i was talking to after waiting to be helped for over 30 Mins knowing the shop was empty with only one other person in the shop. They were all to busy at the front having a chat to each other about there weekend.
When i finely was helped i asked the woman if she could do the pram cheaper as i have seen them for a better price overseas the pram was $1,500 at baby bunting she said she could take it down to $1,450 and that i would have to wait up to a 10 week wait for the pram to finely come in to stock. I told them that i would come back later if i wanted it. I went to another baby shop which they wanting $1,400 for the same pram and asked them if they could do a better deal then Baby Bunting which they did the pram for $1,040 with extras and also they had it in stock that day.
I would not recommend Baby Bunting to anyone unless you want to wait for ages to be served then once served get quoted over the amount you can get it somewhere else.

I brought a cot from BabyTime for $999.99 and I had a fault in the cot i brought from there and they gave me a new cot plus store credit. I dont think there bad at all.
