The amount of different gelato you can chose is endless. I love this place and so do my children. We have tried a number of different gelatos here and we love the nutella and kinder. Oh yumm.

This place can be great one day and horrible the next. The coffee is great. But the staff are not so friendly. The price is a little high for how small the meal sizes are. One blonde haired staff member is the worst to be served by as she has a attitude problem. On the other hand the all the negative experiences we have had has out weighted the good.

My Husband and I have been here a number of times for a light lunch and have never had any problems the food is always perfect, This is ran by a Husband and Wife team who are always friendly and helpful. You must try the Chai Latte = Amazing.

I love this place. The coffee is amazing and is of great quality. My husband and I love the breakfast focaccia. This place can get very busy so it is best to avoid coffee traders an hour before lunchtime.

FANTASTIC I love this place. The cakes and tarts are amazing. The staff a friendly and my children love their babychinos. We have always received fantastic service. The Panini is my favorite.

I had wanted to go here and give these guys a go for my self. Upon entering the building my husband and I were thinking should we go elsewhere. We decided to stay and give this place a go. We sat down and my husband went an ordered some drinks to which took a awful long time for us to finally receive them. We were serviced by a very rude lady when we wanted to order. We had not decided what we wanted yet as we had only sat down and my husband was ordering drinks. We finally ordered and were not impressed at all our meal came out really late and it wasn't the best.
I would not recommend - this place would be fantastic if they had new staff and were better organised.

I have been here a few times to be disappointed every time I have left. Either my food has been between luke warm to stone cold (like it had been sitting for a while). I have some really nice coffees here but then I have had a number of not so good coffees.
This one is a hard one to say if I would recommend or not.

I have been here quite a number of times with friends and family and the Blackbird cafe is excellent. I have had a number of different things from their menu and every time I have eaten here the food has been amazing. The staff are nice and helpful, even during the holiday season.

AMAZING food. We have returned one plate back only once since going here reason was it was cold. But we have never had any problems since that. Their coffee is amazing. Along with their food. They have lovely staff and the cafe is very clean inside and out. I highly recommend

I find this cafe to be hit or a miss. I think it depends on how busy the cafe is. I find their prices could be improved as there is alot of cafes in the Sorrento area that have cheaper coffee and tastes a little better. Their Hot Chocolate is impressive. I am in between as to whether or not to recommend them!
