we went in here to have a look at some fish tanks as we was looking at starting a aquarium and i found the staff un-helpful and not really wanting to help us find what we was after. The shop is very small and found it hard to move about with 2 toddlers in tow.
I wouldnt go back here again due to the pricing of items that can be found cheaper at other pet stores.

I have been here a number of times with my daughter to get a hair cut. Andrea her self is a lovely lady but the new lady she has on now is not lovely at all. Through out my hair and daughters hair being cut she made me feel uncomfortable she questioned as to why I wash my hair every day and why do I have children etc. I understand it may be small talk while getting your hair cut but there is a big difference between small talk and making a customer who always returns feel uncomfortable. I have not been back since and never will be. I have now found another hair dresser who listens to what I want doing and treats my daughter and my self with respect.

I went here when I was in need of a double pram. I was looking for a certain brand and model that only came out a week before I was looking at buying to which so many shipments where all sold up. I dealt with a lovely lady from the geelong and hoppers crossing store and told her I was wanting this pram and needed the second seat as well as I just had my newborn. She explained to me she will do the best she could do to source one. She gave me a call back with in an hour and told me I have one for you and I have thrown in a little present for you. I went and collect the pram and she threw in some pram liners and gave me quite a large discount on the pram. I how ever have shopped there a number of times before and sort of got known by name. We no longer need to go back to this store as my children are now pre-schoolers I won't hesitate going there again if we have a third child

We went down to visit family and we all decided to have take away for dinner, Because we had tried Encore at Rosebud we thought we would Try it at Rye and it was better then Rose bud the pizzas tasted fresh and not salty at all. Nothing worse then a salty pizza. The only down fall was the garlic bread was a little soggy. But the pizza was lovely!
Highly recommend!

We use to get the chinese here on a regular basis and always loved their food, The meals were always to big for your belly and were amazing. The staff are lovely to talk to and they were very quick with filling your order.
I highly recommend these guys! I miss living in Ballarat and wish these guys where near me now

We use to always get our pizza from here and it was lovely. The staff was always helpful and friendly, The only thing annoying about this place was the parking if you picked your pizza up and the wait times if you was getting your pizza deliveried. But they are very minor considering the pizza was always lovely.

I would have to agree with the others, With the Aussie pizza we had to place it in our own oven at home because the egg was not quite set and the pizza didnt feel as hot as it should have. They are lovely staff though. We use to go here quite often but found the food was to salty or to dry or under cooked. We didnt like their pasta all that much and the waiting times for pizza was sometimes a joke as with their delivery times. The parking to pick up your pizza can be a nightmare on a friday or saturday

We went ordered here once. The staff was okay and the food was okay for the price, The fish was lovely and big but it was a shame to have soggy batter! The chips were a little over cooked. It could have been we went at a busy time of night.
I would try again. But not order so much

I love this fish and chip shop, Everything taste fresh all the time. Since going their i have became known to the owners over a 2 year period! They are lovely and polite and have such great customer service and never seems grumpy nor rude.
The fish is never dry or oily and tastes great and their chips are cripsy like they should be. The burgers taste fantastic!

Highly recommend.
