I have been a customer since early 2000s. Over the past 12 months the good staff have departed, the costs have increased and it's now going to cost me a lot of money to repair the damage they have done. My hair has lost my colour, length and health.

After years of being a dedicated customer I'm extremely disappointed and angry.
