Not the best experience, the smell of the toilets permeated out to the party room, the party ‘host’ was so slow that we had to serve the food and drinks as he was nowhere to be seen, he seemed very young and tried his best, but if I was hosting the party I would have been extremely dissatisfied. The adult food that was overcooked and looked less than appetizing. The place looks very run down and could do with a clean, the tables were gross and sticky! Would not recommend!

My wife and i went into a retail shop [ name of the shop with-held because they have nothing to do with the complaint]..when we got inside the shop,one of attendants approached us.We said we wanted a good vacuum cleaner,and our budget was for about $500.Now,i must admit he was one hell of a brilliant salesman and he managed to take us through and demostrate some of quality products available.Then he got to this Vacuum cleaner that was availabe for $1500!...well,way out of range for us.But he had good news for us,he said...And thats where he introduced as to this payment plan which would need us to only pay a $300 deposit and pay off the balance fortnightly at the rate of $58...direct debit.
What a bargain,we thought as we left the shop.
A week later i got a text message from Cetergy Ezi Pay informing me that a debit was due on 9th April.I was not required to text back.And i thought,fair enough i got a great deal and they deserve to have their money every fortnight.
A few days later, i had a voice message from a lady who said she was trying to contact me from Cetergy.I could not call back because the call came in as withheld number.Usually,i don't care to answer calls which come in with blocked numbers.Anyway,Yesterday the phone rang as we were having breakfast and online was the owner of the shop where we had got the vacuum cleaner.He was trying to get hold of me,and was concerned that Cetergy had put pressure on his salesman regarding that particular sale as they were unable to verify my details which included the phone numbers given and also lack of ABN...etc.
Anyway,he got me on line with a lady from Cetergy,who at this point in time is my reason for this complaint......she needs to loose that kind of attitude she displayed on the phone.She even threatened to hang up on me,infact on both of us as we were on three way.
After i got off the phone with her,i talked to the gentleman from the retail shop and decided to cancel the initial contract and was happy to pay off the remaining balance.
I will be talking to my friends about their customer service for years to come.With such a person talking to customers,am surprised they're still in business.

..a friend told me about it and went to check it out this morning,...and got a very warm,genuinely friendly reception!...had bit of a chat over a coffee and will be going back there for dinner!..Loved it!
