I made the change to iiNet after Telstra problems and I haven't looked back since.The phone operators are Aussies who are easy to understand and knowledgeable. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The online Toolbox is easy to operate and help me see exactly what i'm using. The Freezone is great, especially being an Xbox user. I recommend iiNet to anybody and everybody. It's about time we had a service provider who cared about customers and keeps the work in Australia.

I love Game.

I have ordered on line and was very happy. The process was easy and the delivery was quick, especially as it was over New Year. You generally have more luck finding what you want on line than in store.

I prefer going in store. I usually go to Strathpine, North Lakes or Brisbane City. The crew at Strathpine are my favourites :D They have very helpful, always present a clean store (unlike another chain.....) and they know what they are talking about! Rather than spend ages on hold talking to a foreigner about tech problems, I can usually count on one of the guys to know how to fix my problem.

They aren't the cheapest but I won't shop anywhere else. They make up for it in service and the rewards program. They even upgraded my preorder from standard to Collectors ED before I could ask!

I recommend them over anyone else, especially if you don't know much about gaming or consoles.

Telstra will never have my business ever again.

I tried to get my existing account relocated which they said was easy enough and should only take a few days. 2 weeks and 6 phone calls later, they announce they can't relocate it because of technical issues so they decided to cancel free of charge, begin a new contract free of charge with a new wifi modem free of charge. Sounds to good to be true right? I realised it was after another week waiting for the package to arrive. They said they had no record of the new contract deal, I currently was not connected to any Telstra service and I had an outstanding bill. This means I was to pay the existing bill, my disconnection fee and I'm sure there was something else. After 6 weeks of frustration, expensive mobile calls (over 20 hours in total), I refused to pay any of the money owed to Telstra and told them quite honestly that they owed me money for all the hours wasted on Mobile calls that sent me in circles.
The tech support crew aren't much help either, I'm not good with accents.

Ombudsmen was no help either because Telstra was 'actively trying to solve the problem'. Pfft.

The first time I went to Buzz, North Lakes, I was very happy. They cut my hair exactly how I wanted and the foils were perfect.
Second time, they ignored my request to 'not foil the regrowth, just try to match the old colour to the roots as much as you can'. which is what the first girl had suggested. So it's now taken me additional time to regrow my natural colour.
Third time, I asked can you leave the layers and cut in this style, just shorten it enough I can still make a ponytail if I need. She cut my front parts right up to chin length, left the back the same length and put in so much product I didn't realise the difference until i got home and washed my hair.
The fourth time, i went with my partner they said they could just squeeze us in. They took my partner, accepted more customers, completely ignored my presence and then one of the girls further ignored the remaining customers to attend to her friend who just walked in.
The last time I went, I asked for the same style with layering again, not too short as I tie it up for work. She gave me a bob. One length that's too short to tie up.

I won't go back now. I'll pay the extra $50 or so to go to a well known salon.

Sea Change is the best Fish and Chips Shop I have ever been to!

A lot of take away stores appear somewhat unclean, sea Change is so spotless it's amazing. We always order the Mini Catch, you get a bit of everything and it's such good value. Everything is cooked to perfection, tastes great and is always hot. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I know at some places, you can wait up to an hour, I haven't waited more then 15 minutes on a Friday night with a shop full of customers.

Definitely recommend to anyone. We used to travel half an hour just to eat there. :)
